What personal data we process
We process only the following personal data:
- Email address — collected when you download the free compliance pack via our MailerLite form. Used only to deliver the download and send a 14-day compliance email sequence.
- Anonymised analytics data — collected via Google Analytics 4 with your consent. Includes pages visited, device type, approximate location, and session duration. No personally identifiable information.
We do not process: names, addresses, phone numbers, financial data, health data, or any other personal data beyond the above.

Data retention
- Email addresses: Retained while you are subscribed. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default) before automatic deletion.
- App data: Stored locally on your device only. We hold no copy and cannot access or delete it.

- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4. Data may transfer to the USA under standard contractual clauses. Google Privacy Policy
- Hostinger — web hosting. EU-based data centres. Hostinger Privacy Policy
International transfers
Google Analytics data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is covered by Google's standard contractual clauses and compliance with the UK-US data bridge framework.
Security
LandlordRiskCheck is served over HTTPS. All data transferred between your browser and our server is encrypted. The compliance dashboard app stores all property data locally on your device using browser localStorage — no property data is ever transmitted to our servers.
